How much is required to secure a pre-order?
A deposit of $1,000 AUD is required to secure your place in the first shipment allocation. The remaining balance will be payable before your order is dispatched.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are refundable up until the final balance invoice is issued. Once the balance invoice has been paid and the order has been prepared for shipment, standard refund policies apply.
When will my order be delivered?
The Reeplayer AI Soccer Camera is currently available for pre-order. The first Australian shipment is expected to arrive from 1 September 2026. Orders will be dispatched in the order that deposits are received. We will contact all customers prior to shipment to arrange payment of the remaining balance.
How will I know when my camera is ready to ship?
We will contact you via email before shipment to confirm your final payment, delivery details, and expected dispatch date.
If I order today, when would my subscription start?
Your subscription starts when your camera is delivered, not at the time of purchase. It renews every 12 months from that activation date, and you can cancel or upgrade anytime before your renewal.
What support is available after purchase?
Motion Sports provides local Australian support, product guidance, setup assistance, and after-sales service to help you get the most from your Reeplayer system.
How much is live streaming?
Live streaming is free with Reeplayer. There are no extra plans, credits to buy, or viewer limits. Each camera features built-in cellular connectivity and a global data plan that connects to the strongest network automatically.
Streams can be shared via a simple link. Reeplayer also includes Instant Playback to watch the game right after it ends (even before the upload finishes).
Note: Streaming is free for the foreseeable future, but this policy is subject to change.
Do I own or lease the camera?
You own the camera. They are designed to be modular and future-proof. If new features (like a four-lens solution) are released, you can send your camera to the Pittsburgh plant to upgrade at a fraction of the cost of buying new.
Are the prices higher than Reeplayers?
Yes they are slightly higher. Import duties, international freight, exchange rates and taxes and all added to our final AUD pricing.
Is Reeplayer available for sports other than soccer?
Currently, Reeplayer is focused strictly on soccer, but they plan to expand to other sports in the future. You can fill out an interest form on their site to vote for other sports.
Does Reeplayer automatically follow the game?
Yes. Reeplayer uses advanced AI tracking technology to automatically follow the action on the field, creating a professional broadcast-style viewing experience.
